Ingredients
125g raw chicken breast
1 large tortilla wrap
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
40g light cream cheese
100g salsa
Sprinkle of fajita seasoning
Few sprays of Frylight
Instructions
Step1
1. Prep all of the veg by slicing the chicken breast, the onion and the pepper into thin strips and dice the garlic.Step 2
2. Heat a medium hot pan and add in the chicken, pepper, onion and diced garlic.Step 3
3. Sprinkle over the fajita seasoning and stir and fry for around 6-8 mins until the chicken is cooked through.Step 4
4. Then reduce the heat and add the cream cheese and salsa and give everything a good stir.Step 5
5. Grab yourself a wrap and spoon in the mixture before folding into a burrito shape.Step 6
