Airfryer Crispy Sesame Chicken

    Ingredients - 300g chicken coated in - 3 tbsp flour - 1 beaten egg - 100g panko breadcrumbs or cornflakes Sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 3 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 1 tsp rice wine - 1/2 a tsp 5 Spice - 3 tbsp sriracha Method 1. Coat the chicken in the flour, then the egg & breadcrumbs 2. Spray with oil and airfry for 14 mins at 200 3. Mix the sauce together, add to airfryer basket and shake then airfry for another 2 minutes - alternatively stir on a pan Top with sesame seeds, spring onions & chilli. Recipe serves 3
