Hot Honey Chicken Strips

  Macros: Per 3 strips - 382 calories 51g carbs / 5G fat / 42g protein) Ingreditens: 600g (12) chicken mini fillets 110g cornflakes 1 egg white ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp onion granules 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp italian mixed herbs 120g honey 190ml red hot sauce 3 sprays Frylight   Instructions:  Step 1 1. Start by placing your raw chicken mini fillets into a bowl and (optionally removing the tendons). You can do this by grabbing the end of the tendon with a piece of kitchen roll and sliding along with a fork to remove. I find this makes the fillet less chewy. Step 2 2. Then sprinkle over 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic granules, 1/2 tsp of onion granules, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp of Italian mixed herbs. Creamy Fajita Chicken Wrap!

Macros 471 calories (46 carbs / 12G fat / 42g protein) Ingredients 125g raw chicken breast 1 large tortilla wrap 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 red onion 3 cloves of garlic 40g light cream cheese 100g salsa Sprinkle of fajita seasoning Few sprays of Frylight Instructions Step1 1. Prep all of the veg by slicing the chicken breast, the onion and the pepper into thin strips and dice the garlic. Step 2 2. Heat a medium hot pan and add in the chicken, pepper, onion and diced garlic. Step 3 3. Sprinkle over the fajita seasoning and stir and fry for around 6-8 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Step 4 4. Then reduce the heat and add the cream cheese and salsa and give everything a good stir. Step 5 5. Grab yourself a wrap and spoon in the mixture before folding into a burrito shape.     Ingredients - 300g chicken coated in - 3 tbsp flour - 1 beaten egg - 100g panko breadcrumbs or cornflakes Sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 3 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 1 tsp rice wine - 1/2 a tsp 5 Spice - 3 tbsp sriracha Method 1. Ingredients 300g basmati rice 25g butter 1 large onion, finely sliced 1 bay leaf 3 cardamom pods small cinnamon stick 1 tsp turmeric 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks 4 tbsp balti curry paste 85g raisins 850ml chicken stock 30g coriander, ½ chopped, ½ leaves picked and 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds, to serve Method STEP 1 Soak 300g basmati rice in warm water, then wash in cold until the water runs clear. STEP 2 Heat 25g butter in a saucepan and cook 1 finely sliced large onion with 1 bay leaf, 3 cardamom pods and 1 small cinnamon stick for 10 mins. STEP 3 Sprinkle in 1 tsp turmeric, then add 4 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks, and 4 tbsp curry paste. Cook until aromatic.
